Andrew Lessman's BREAST HEALTH is designed to support the health of the delicate tissues of a woman's breast. This formula provides plant-based protection that targets breast tissue. These protective compounds offer natural support for the healthy structure of the cells that make up this delicate tissue. We start with Indole3-Carbinol, naturally found in cruciferous vegetables (particularly cauliflower), which helps support and maintain the health of the breast along with normal estrogen activity in breast tissue. We then add Sulforaphane, another ingredient from healthy cruciferous vegetables, which, among many beneficial properties, promotes the body's internal production of one of its most important protective compounds - Glutathione.
